PRODEX 2012-  an impressive display by the machinery, electronics and metalworking sector (MEM) 

PRODEX, the international trade fair for machine tools, tools and production measurement technology, came to a close on Friday, 23rd November, after four successful exhibition days with 29,004 specialist visitors. Experts in the sector, interested persons from industry, business and the universities, have been busy networking and exchanging knowledge in Basel.

The organisers and the 315 exhibitors are very pleased with the interest shown by visitors even with the current tense situation in the machinery, electronics and metal-working industries as well as pressure on prices from the EU region. This year  the process-chain exhibition was again sponsored by the two professional associations tecnoswiss and Swissmem. more
