Exhibit & More AG

These regulations govern the use of the websites for events organised by Exhibit & More AG. The conditions for use have no influence on other contracts between Exhibit & More AG and exhibitors or other third parties. The conditions for use describe the prerequisites that have to be guaranteed in order for contractual partners to be able to use the relevant websites. By registering you are acknowledging that the following points are binding:

1 Registration, password and security
When you register on a website that has been set up by Exhibit & More AG for an event being organised by Exhibit & More AG you must complete the full registration process and ensure that you provide current, complete and correct details. Choose a password and a user name. You are fully responsible for ensuring that your password and user name are not disclosed. You are responsible for all activities in connection with your registration. You are obliged to notify Exhibit & More AG immediately concerning any unauthorised usage. You may not use the accounts of third parties without the prior permission of the account holder. With some Exhibit & More AG sites you will automatically be given an Exhibit & More AG password account.

2 Changes to these conditions of use
Exhibit & More AG reserves the right to unilaterally change these conditions for use of the websites and services of Exhibit & More AG at any time. Exhibit & More AG will inform you of these changes for the respective Exhibit & More AG sites and will send each user an email containing the relevant information.

Exhibit & More AG reserves the right to withdraw the services it provides at any time or to terminate the contract with individual users. The withdrawal of services or the termination of the contract, which may occur at any time without notice, does not entitle the user to any compensation for loss.

3 Price lists
The price lists that are published on the internet at the time the contract is concluded are the ones that are valid; they are, however, subject to change. For contracts that have been confirmed by Exhibit & More AG changes in prices at a later stage are only valid if the customer has been notified of these by mail at least one month before the increase in price comes into effect. In the event of an increase in price the user or the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract but he must exercise this right within 14 days of receipt of the notification concerning the increase in price.

4 Links to websites of other suppliers / Advertising
Some Exhibit & More AG sites contains links to other suppliers' websites and, in some instances, websites are also integrated into the Exhibit & More AG sites by other means (referred to in general as "linked websites"). Some of the linked websites are not under the control of Exhibit & More AG. Exhibit & More AG is not responsible for the content, in particular links, updates and products, or functional carriers of the linked websites. Exhibit & More AG is providing these links only as a convenience to you and for information purposes. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of the linked site or its contents by Exhibit & More AG.

Any transactions conducted with third party suppliers whom you access via the Exhibit & More AG sites and services are concluded exclusively between you and the respective third parties. Exhibit & More AG is neither a representative nor an assistant of these third party suppliers. Any claims arising on your part are to be directed straight to the third parties. This also applies for all advertising on the Exhibit & More AG site.

5 Obligations concerning conduct
The Exhibit & More AG site and services may not be used for purposes that are contrary to the law or other regulations, or which would breach these conditions. The Exhibit & More AG site or services - or the networks associated with them - may not be damaged, deactivated, overloaded or otherwise adversely affected. Furthermore, you undertake to ensure that the use of the Exhibit & More AG sites and services is not adversely affected by third parties. You are not to attempt by cracking codes, illegally obtaining passwords or by any other method to gain unauthorised access to the Exhibit & More AG sites or services, other users' accounts, computer systems or the networks associated with them. You may not make any attempt to obtain material or information from the Exhibit & More AG site and services via any means that are not provided for by the Exhibit & More AG sites and services themselves.

6 Use of services and newsletter
6.1 The Exhibit & More AG sites and services may include email services, bulletin board services, chat rooms, newsgroups, fora, communities, personal websites, calendars, photo albums, batch orders and/or other messaging or communications facilities for communicating with other users ("communication services"). You declare that you agree to use the communication services only for the preparation, sending and receiving of messages and corresponding material, which relate to the respective communication service. The following points in particular have to be borne in mind when using the communication services:

• You may not use the communication services in connection with surveys, competitions, chain letters, junk emails, mass advertising or all other unwanted messages of a commercial or any other nature.
• You may not libel, pester or threaten other people or infringe their legal rights (such as rights to privacy and protection of their person) in any other way.
• You may not publish, prepare, upload, send out or distribute any inappropriate, libellous, obscene, immoral or illegal material or information.
• You may not publish, prepare, upload, send out or distribute or in any way use anything that contains pictures, photographs, software or other material, the use of which would infringe the rights of third parties (in particular copyright and performing rights)
• You may not upload any damaged files or files containing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, "time bombs" or "cancel boot" instructions or upload comparable programs or software that damage or that could damage other computer systems.
• You may not falsify or delete from an uploaded file any author's comments, legal or other notices and/or means of identification of ownership or notices concerning the origin or the source of software or of other material.
• You may not breach any rules of conduct or guidelines that apply for a specific communication service.
• You may not infringe any applicable laws or legal provisions.
• You may not use a false identity for the purposes of misleading others.
• You may not use, download or provide to another natural or legal person who is not a member of an Exhibit & More AG site or service any lists of members of Exhibit & More AG sites and services or other user or usage information or part of such, whether for payment or not.

6.2 Exhibit & More AG is not obliged to monitor the communication services. Exhibit & More AG however reserves the right to check material that is sent and, if necessary, to remove it.

6.3 The material that is uploaded to a communication service can be subject to certain restrictions concerning usage, duplication and/or distribution. You alone are responsible for ensuring that these restrictions are complied with if you download this material.

6.4 Upon activation of the newsletter on the corresponding Exhibit & More AG site you are confirming your agreement to receipt of the newsletter by email and are declaring that you are entitled to use the email address that is given. Exhibit & More AG uses reasonable efforts to avoid and reduce spam on the internet. Exhibit & More AG is not however responsible for any spamming that does occur.

7 Content from users
7.1 Exhibit & More AG makes no claims concerning any material that you make available to the public on Exhibit & More AG sites (including feedback and suggestions) and/or on any websites and services of Exhibit & More AG that you prepare or make available as an upload, entry or transmission for the general public or for a private community.
Exhibit & More AG is however entitled to remove this material at any time if there are grounds to suspect that it is being used contrary to legal provisions or these conditions of use.

7.2 You may only publish, upload or transmit content for which you have the required rights (in particular performing rights, proprietary rights and/or copyright). If you provide content within the framework of a communication service then you are granting permission to (a) all members of the communication service (for all content accessible by a member), and/or (b) the general public (in so far as this is accessible to the public) to use your content within the context of the Exhibit & More AG site and services, in the way in which this is allowed in accordance with the provisions for use of the site (including, but not limited to, for example, the production of copies and derived works). This includes with no restrictions upon it a non-exclusive, worldwide, free of charge licence to copy, send out, transfer, publish, cite, duplicate, process, translate and re-format your content, without your name being added to this content, and it also includes the right to sub-licence such rights to suppliers of Exhibit & More AG. The licences granted in relation to content as mentioned above end at the time when you completely remove this content from the Exhibit & More AG site. This condition does not affect licences already granted for such content before complete removal. No fees are payable for the use of your content. This clause only applies for content that is legal and the publication and/or use of which does not infringe Swiss law.

8 Exclusion of liability
8.1 The information, software, products and services of the Exhibit & More AG sites and services may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. The Exhibit & More AG sites and services and the information contained in them will be changed regularly. Exhibit & More AG and/or their respective suppliers reserve the right to make improvements and/or changes to the Exhibit & More AG sites and services at any time.

8.2 Exhibit & More AG is not liable for content and activities originating from users. These may not be attributed to Exhibit & More AG; nor do they represent the views and opinions of Exhibit & More AG.

8.3 In addition, Exhibit & More AG is only liable in so far as Exhibit & More AG and/or their support staff and legal representatives may be charged with deliberate misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is completely excluded.

8.4 Exhibit & More AG is furthermore not liable for official procedures implemented by the authorities, labour disputes, incidental losses and force majeure, as these cannot be attributed to them.

8.5 Exhibit & More AG makes no representations that the website and the services offered on it or through it will be constantly available. Failures are possible at any time and users are not entitled to make any claim upon Exhibit & More AG for these.

9 Claims for compensation and for omission
Exhibit & More AG is entitled but not obliged, if their services are used contrary to the law in accordance with Section 5 of these conditions of use, to take appropriate measures against the party having caused the problem at the cost of this party, in order to eliminate any legal breach or infringement of their services or any problems to users of the sites of Exhibit & More AG in the future. The costs incurred by Exhibit & More AG in so doing are to be met by the party having caused the problem.

The user hereby undertakes to indemnify Exhibit & More AG in full for all losses arising for Exhibit & More AG due to actions and omissions of the user in connection with the use of the websites for events organised by Exhibit & More AG.

10 Personal and company details
The user undertakes, when processing personal details, to comply with the Swiss regulations on data protection, data security and telecommunications. The following basic principles apply when collecting and using personal details:

10.1 On some sites Exhibit & More AG collects identifiable personal details such as, for example, email addresses, names, private and business addresses or telephone numbers. On other sites Exhibit & More AG collects anonymous demographic data that cannot be clearly seen to apply to a particular person, such as postcode, age, gender, preferences, interests and favourites. Some sites collect a combination of these types of data. Details that are collected on an Exhibit & More AG website will be transmitted within Exhibit & More AG, their parent and subsidiary companies, including the Exhibit AG websites in strict compliance with the applicable data protection law. Personal details and demographic data may be stored and processed outside your home country (including transfer to the United States). By using the websites for events organised by Exhibit & More AG you are giving your consent to any transfers of this kind to other countries.

Data concerning your computer hardware and software will be automatically collected by Exhibit & More AG and possibly transmitted to other websites within the Exhibit & More AG websites group. This data could include the following information: your IP address, browser type, domain name, access time and website addresses. This data will be used by Exhibit & More AG to operate the service, to maintain service quality and to produce general statistics on the use of the Exhibit & More AG website.

Exhibit & More AG recommends reading of the data protection guarantees of the website, which you will find via the links provided by Exhibit & More AG, so that you will understand how each website collects, uses and transmits your details. Exhibit & More AG is not responsible for content and data protection guarantees of websites outside those of Exhibit & More AG.

10.2 Exhibit & More AG websites and their service partners collect your personal details and use these to operate the Exhibit & More AG websites and also to provide the services required by you. Exhibit & More AG sites also use your identifiable personal details in order to inform you about products or services that are available from Exhibit & More AG and their companies. Exhibit & More AG will also contact you with surveys in order to gauge your opinion about current events and potential new events that may be offered.

Exhibit & More AG may pass on, sell or lease your details to trusted partners. Exhibit & More AG will not use any sensitive data such as that concerning religion, race, and political affiliation and will not pass on details of this nature without your specific consent.

10.3 Exhibit & More AG offers their customers options concerning the collection, use and transmission of personal data.

You will be asked what your requirements are when you register on the Exhibit & More AG website, so that your settings can be associated with an account. These security settings will prevent other persons making decisions concerning the use and control of your personal details. You have the option of incorporating your personal details and company data into your profile.

11 Choice of law / Place of jurisdiction
Swiss law exclusively applies. It has been agreed that the place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from the use of the Exhibit & More AG websites will be Zurich. Exhibit & More AG however reserves the right to summon the user before any other competent court.
